Help Stop the Massive Tax Break for Trial Lawyers!

With a looming potential tax break for trial lawyers, the Institute for Legal Reform has organized a campaign to urge Congress members to oppose this move by the U.S. Department of Treasury.

From the IRL:

"In this struggling economy, why is everybody being asked to sacrifice -- except for trial lawyers? We are racking up record government deficits. Americans are still struggling amidst a recovering economy and high unemployment. So why are the trial lawyers being given a tax break while the rest of us are hurting? Right now, the federal government's top priority should be jobs -- not making it easier for trial lawyers to sue American employers."
